DELIVERY PROTOCOL
Service Delivery Policy
1. Project Delivery Workflow
All consulting and automation services are delivered directly into client-controlled version control systems (e.g., GitHub, GitLab) and verified cloud accounts. We do not host client code on proprietary third-party servers.
2. Deliverable Standards
Deliverables are provided in clean, formatted, and validated code (declarative Terraform modules, modular CI/CD pipeline definitions, Dockerfiles, and Helm charts) accompanied by complete Markdown technical documentation and runbooks.
3. Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery schedules are established during the Discovery stage and documented in the engagement kickoff schedule. Typical delivery ranges from five (5) business days for Assessments to four (4) weeks for Complete Implementations, subject to prompt client technical approvals.
4. Formal Acceptance Criteria
Deliverables are deemed accepted upon client written approval or after seven (7) business days following delivery if no written deficiency notice is submitted. In the event of documented technical deficiencies, Auralink Innovations LLC will remediate issues without additional charge.
5. Client Responsibilities for Delivery
Timely project delivery requires that the client provide required cloud IAM permissions, repository administrative access, and prompt engineering feedback. Delays resulting from missing credentials or unassigned client personnel will extend delivery milestones accordingly.
